“(H)e seems to be more concerned about them than the Christians that are being murdered in the Muslim countries”

Hard to disagree with the man

Evangelist Franklin Graham called President Barack Obama’s religious views into question on Tuesday, stating that he does not know for sure if Obama is a Christian.

Graham, who is the son of Billy Graham and the CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that Obama “has said he’s a Christian, so I just have to assume that he is.”

“All I know is I’m a sinner, and God has forgiven me of my sins… you have to ask every person,” he said about whether he could say for sure that Obama is indeed of the Christian faith.

However, when asked about GOP presidential candidate Rick Santorum’s religion, Graham gave a much more concrete answer.

“I think so,” Graham said when asked if he believes Santorum is a Christian. “His values are so clear on moral issues. No question about it… I think he’s a man of faith.”

MSNBC’s panelists questioned the reverend’s double standard, but Graham continued to draw distinctions between the candidates on the issue of faith. On Mitt Romney, Graham was again evasive, stating that “most Christians would not recognize Mormonism as part of the Christian faith.”

But Graham was more willing to label Newt Gingrich’s faith. “Newt’s been married several times… but he could make a good candidate,” Graham said. “I think Newt is a Christian. At least he told me he is.”

Later in the segment, Graham also said he could not be sure that Obama was not a Muslim.

“All I know is under Obama, President Obama, the Muslims of the world, he seems to be more concerned about them than the Christians that are being murdered in the Muslim countries,” he said.

He continued, “Islam sees him as a son of Islam… I can’t say categorically that [Obama is not Muslim] because Islam has gotten a free pass under Obama.”

Why is he wrong? Can anyone provide any real evidence that says otherwise?

3,000 Women In Scotland Suffer Horror Of FGM!

Wait, you didn’t want women being chopped up for Allah in your country? Bigot!

As many as 3000 women in Scotland may have suffered female genital mutilation.

Organisations working with female victims told The Herald there are now more women in Scotland from communities where the practice is widespread, and that it may even be happening in this country.

Traditionally girls were mutilated before moving to the UK, or were taken abroad to undergo the practice.

The revelation comes on the international day marking Female Genital Mutilation (FGM).

Alison Davis, manager of a mental health organisation for ethnic minority women in Edinburgh, said: “The brick wall we are gradually managing to dismantle is the belief that there are very few cases in Scotland.

“This is simply not the case. We are looking at 2000 to 3000 women in Scotland who have suffered female genital mutilation.

“The numbers are growing. The daughters of these women are at risk.

“We need to look at this because it is going to have a big impact on the NHS in terms of the mental health, gynaecological and obstetric care these women need. And for the first time we’ve been told that it is actually happening in Scotland.

“I am terrified by the lack of knowledge of this from most mainstream agencies.

“Many wrongly refer to it as circumcision.”

FGM is defined by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as a range of procedures which involve “the partial or complete removal of the external female genitalia or other injury to female genital organs, whether for cultural or any other non-therapeutic reasons”. It is practised in 28 African countries, and some communities in Asia and the Middle East.

Think 3,000 women is a horrifying number? It gets worse, a lot worse

In the U.S. immigrant community, an estimated 160,000 girls and women have been subjected to some form of female circumcision or are at risk of it, according to a recent report from the U.S. Health and Human Services Department. Because the practice is shrouded in secrecy and against the law, there is little documentation of its occurrence in this country. Twin Cities researchers say they have heard second- and third-hand accounts of women taking their daughters to Africa, Europe or Toronto, where there is a large Somali population, for circumcision.

And most first world countries that were foolish enough to allow Muslim immigration are seeing similar numbers of women being mutilated by Islam.

Is that what you want going on in your country?

But Muslims Are Just As British (or American or Canadian) As You Or Me?

And our scumbag elites aren’t trying to stifle us, right?

A Muslim activist group with links to the Muslim Brotherhood has asked the British government to restrict the way the British media reports about Muslims and Islam. *snip*

Lord Justice Leveson expressed sympathy for Bunglawala’s plea and said that any government regulation of the British media would have to extend to the Internet and include blogs, so as to ensure a “level playing field” between print and online media.

Lord Hunt, the chairman of the Press Complaints Commission, a self-regulatory body which deals with complaints about the editorial content of newspapers and magazines, recently said he is looking into the idea of regulating bloggers and online publications. According to him, “at the moment, it [the Internet] is like the Wild West out there. We need to appoint a sheriff.”

Lord Hunt would invite bloggers on current affairs to voluntarily agree to regulation. They would receive a seal-of-approval rating.

In every Western country we find this same crappy combo, Muslim ‘activists’ and the Dhimmified spineless weasels that just can’t wait to polish their scrotes with their treasonous tongues.

I wish we could vote our way out of this trap but I don’t think we can. So what comes next?

You tell me!

Didja Know ‘Homegrown Terrorist’ Now Means…

Criminal illegal alien from Morocco?

Capitol plot shows persistence of homegrown terrorist threat, lawmakers warn,

The case of alleged would-be suicide bomber Amine el Khalifi, accused of targeting the U.S. Capitol, is a significant and troubling development in the tracking of homegrown terror plots, some law enforcement and senior lawmakers say.

“Now you have a person living in this country 12 years, who apparently was willing to be a suicide bomber, that is a line that’s been crossed,” Republican Rep. Peter King, chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, told Fox News. “I think we’re going to have to re-think some of our conceptions, ideas we’re basing our activities on because it was always felt that it was very unlikely that we would have a suicide bomber (inside the US.)”

On Friday, during a brief appearance in a Virginia federal court, Khalifi was charged with attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction — in this case — a fake suicide vest provided to him by an undercover agent who posed as an Al Qaeda operative.

The 29-year-old Moroccan national had been in the United States illegally since 1999 when his tourist visa expired, court records show. Arrested just two blocks from the Capitol building, the criminal complaint stated that the suspect allegedly planned to shoot any police officer who blocked his entry to the Capitol, where he planned to blow himself up. His alleged motive was a false narrative propagated on radical websites and through social networking.

“There’s no doubt to me that jihadist extremists definitely believe that the U.S. is at war with Islam,” King explained. In December, in its first joint session, the House and Senate Homeland Security committees investigated the growing number of plots targeting the U.S. military. “An American in uniform is the personification of what they consider to be evil.”

The ranking Republican on the Senate Homeland Security Committee, Susan Collins, said the plot looked like another example of radicalized extremists targeting the U.S., adding that the spike in homegrown cases is alarming.

“Between May 2009 and Feb. 9, 2012, arrests were made in connection with 36 ‘homegrown’ plots,” she said. “By comparison, in the more than seven years from Sept. 11, 2001, through May 2009, there were only 21 such plots.”

In December, Khalifi allegedly redoubled his efforts to commit jihad. He told an undercover agent that he wanted to detonate a bomb at a building in Alexandria, Va., that houses U.S. military offices. His targets then ranged from a synagogue to a Washington, D.C., restaurant, popular with the military, until he settled on the Capitol itself.

As part of its ongoing investigation of the American cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, the Fox Specials unit has shown how the cleric became the leader of Al Qaeda 2.0 – the new generation of recruits. Al-Awlaki leveraged social networking to spread his ideology of hate. Whether he was blogging or Skyping, the New Mexico-born cleric was the Facebook friend from hell.

While Khalifi’s alleged path to radicalization will become known in the coming days, a law enforcement source said it would not be surprising if the Moroccan national was a follower of the cleric on the Web. While al-Awlaki was killed in a CIA led operation in Yemen Sept. 30, becoming the first American targeted for death, his ideas live on.

“Almost every case, we’ve got at least one a month, these guys are following him (Awlaki) or reading his lectures,” the law enforcement source said.

So can someone not born here, who broke in here, and has no business here seriously be considered a ‘homegrown terrorist?’ Or is this another example of our feckless alien elites desperately trying to villify law abibing patriotic Americans who take their freedoms seriously?

That’s what I think, what say you?

Top Indian Islamic Seminary issues Fatwa Against, Well, Pretty Much Everything!

You think I’m kidding?

One of the lesser known hadiths

A leading seminary of the city said on Thursday that the Muslims cannot be permitted to play music, sing and dance as a part of Milad-un Nabi (birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammed) celebrations on February 5.

Concerns have been expressed by a section of the community if such large-scale celebrations, a trend seen only in the past few years, has the sanction of the religion. Responding to a query posed by one Hamid, the 135-year-old Jamea Nizamia located in Shibligunj, Hussainialam, issued a fatwa barring the devout in indulging in any kind of celebration that is beyond the parameters of the Sharia or the Islamic law. “Playing music at volume that could cause inconvenience to others is not allowed. If there is apprehension that reading the Koran loudly could disturb others, it should not be allowed,” said the fatwa.

The edict signed by six senior functionaries of the Jamea also told the Muslims that making models of Kabatullah or the house of God in Mecca and dome of Prophet Mohammed’s resting place in Madina ‘is against the respect that is reserved to them.’

The fatwa, however, said the birthday of the Prophet was an occasion of joy for all the Muslims. The Muslims organize meetings to remember the Prophet, mass feeding camps and other charitable events. “But the expression of happiness should be within the limits of the Sharia,” it said.

Query: Other than chopping off infidel heads, hacking bits off your women, buggering goats & infants and going all bug eyed & murdery on your daughters, what is allowed in Islam?

Choir at a Colorado public high school praises Allah?

The mind boggles

Colorado student quits high school choir over Islamic song praising ‘Allah’

A Colorado high school student says he quit the school choir after an Islamic song containing the lyric “there is no truth except Allah” made it into the repertoire.

James Harper, a senior at Grand Junction High School in Grand Junction, put his objection to singing “Zikr,” a song written by Indian composer A.R. Rahman, in an email to Mesa County School District 51 officials. When the school stood by choir director Marcia Wieland’s selection, Harper said, he quit.

“I don’t want to come across as a bigot or a racist, but I really don’t feel it is appropriate for students in a public high school to be singing an Islamic worship song,” Harper told KREX-TV. “This is worshipping another God, and even worshipping another prophet … I think there would be a lot of outrage if we made a Muslim choir say Jesus Christ is the only truth.”

But district spokesman Jeff Kirtland defended the decision to include the song.

“Choral music is often devoted to religious themes … This is not a case where the school is endorsing or promoting any particular religion or other non-educational agenda. The song was chosen because its rhythms and other qualities would provide an opportunity to exhibit the musical talent and skills of the group in competition, not because of its religious message or lyrics,” Kirtland told FoxNews.com in an email while noting that the choir “is a voluntary, after-school activity.”

“Students are not required to participate, and receive no academic credit for doing so,” he said.

At an upcoming concert, the choir is scheduled to sing an Irish folk song and an Christian song titled “Prayer of the Children,” in addition to the song by Rahman.

“The teacher consulted with students and asked each of them to review an online performance of the selection with their parents before making the decision to perform the piece,” Kirtland said, and members who object to the religious content of musical selections aren’t required to sing them.

Rahman, who has sold hundreds of millions of records and is well-known in his homeland, has said the song is not intended for a worship ceremony. He told FoxNews.com in a written statement that the song, composed for the move “Bose, the Forgotten Hero,” is about “self-healing and spirituality.”

“It is unfortunate that the student in Colorado misinterpreted the intention of the song,” Rahman said. “I have long celebrated the commonalities of humanity and try to share and receive things in this way. While I respect his decision for opting out, this incident is an example of why we need further cultural education through music.”

The song is written in Urdu, but one verse translates to “There is no truth except Allah” and “Allah is the only eternal and immortal.” Although the choir sang the original version, Wieland distributed translated lyrics.

Grand Junction High School Principal Jon Bilbo referred questions to Kirtland.

I’d ask how clueless can one be, but I fear that would be a redundant question!

Strange Bedfellows: Why Has CNN Fired Entire Jewish Staff In Israel?

Hmmm, that’s odd, no?

CNN Fires Entire Jewish Staff Of Israel Bureau – And Retains Only Arab Reporters

Beforenews CNN’s Israel bureau is downsizing, reportedly to cope with a reduced budget due to falling advertising revenues.

That doesn’t explain why they fired four Israeli Jewish journalists (out of a crew of 8), and retained only Arab journalists. The local chief editor of CNN is now an Arab.

Among the long time news personnel let go were Moshe Cohen, editor, fired after 10 years with CNN; Izi Landberg, Producer, about 25 years with CNN; Avi Kaner cameraman fired after 10 years with CNN; and Michal Zippori desk producer.

CNN’s usual procedure in the past was to send both a Jewish and an Arab reporter out on stories. Now, they’re only going to send an Arab journalist, with all that implies. It’s no secret to anyone that Arab journalists have to toe the Fatah and Hamas line if they want to do reporting on stories in Gaza and the Arab occupied areas of Judea and Samaria without taking the risk of being murdered.

CNN’s coverage of Israel and the Middle East conflict has been questionable for a very long time, and it’s going to get even worse now that it will only be reported from one side’s point of view. The fact that this also coincides with the brass at CNN’s point of view and their willingness to take steps to ignore even basic journalistic ethics to promote shows how far a once respected news source has fallen.

Egypt Prez Candidate: No Freedom In Islam!

Here’s a fun question: why not believe them?

Egyptian Presidential Candidate Says No Freedom in Islam

In a recent TV interview, Hazim Abu Ismail, a candidate for Egypt’s presidency with affiliations to both the Muslim Brotherhood and the Salafis, made clear that the hijab, or veil for women, would be enforced under his leadership. More importantly, along the way, he exposed his views more generally—that there is little freedom under Islam. Especially telling is the military analogy he used: being a Muslim is like being a member of the military; you must obey all its dictates, including dress codes. He fails to add, however, that, whereas much military service is voluntary, in Islam, if you are simply born to Muslim parents, then you have joined Islam—whether you like it or not. Hence, all the persecution of Muslim apostates.

Inter-Politically Correct? Interpol Arrests Journalist for insulting Mohammed?

It’s come to this in Eurabia, I crap you negative

Interpol has been accused of abusing its powers after Saudi Arabia used the organisation’s red notice system to get a journalist arrested in Malaysia for insulting the Prophet Muhammad.

Police in Kuala Lumpur said Hamza Kashgari, 23, was detained at the airport “following a request made to us by Interpol” the international police cooperation agency, on behalf of the Saudi authorities.

Kashgari, a newspaper columnist, fled Saudi Arabia after posting a tweet on the prophet’s birthday that sparked more than 30,000 responses and several death threats. The posting, which was later deleted, read: “I have loved things about you and I have hated things about you and there is a lot I don’t understand about you … I will not pray for you.”

More than 13,000 people joined a Facebook page titled “The Saudi People Demand the Execution of Hamza Kashgari”.

Clerics in Saudi Arabia called for him to be charged with apostasy, a religious offence punishable by death. Reports suggest that the Malaysian authorities intend to return him to his native country.

So let me ask the stupid question here, it’s what I do darlin’, why in the biscuits & gravy is Interpol arresting people, for Saudi Arabia that have insulted the prophet Mohammed?

Is that a world you want to live in?

Be afraid, very afraid.

Is this a sign of hope?
